Description

Spring washer: an elastic washer, especially : a strong flat spiral spring of one or two turns that is sharp-edged at the ends and used as a nut-locking device.
The washer is used on bolts or screws. After installing a spring washer, the contact area is increased, which can disperse pressure and protect the surface of the connected parts from being damaged.
Washer have many type: Flat Washer, Spring Washer, Square Washer Lock Washer and Wave Washer, etc.
 
A helical conical spring lock-washer includes a lock-washer body having formed on one surface thereof a plurality of triangular pyramid-shaped depressions. Each of the depressions provides a triangular opening formed on the respective surface of the lock-washer body, with the base of the triangular opening positioned adjacent to the outer margin of the lock-washer body and the apex of the triangular opening directed toward the center of the lock-washer body.
 
Belleville Washers (aka Conical Washers or Belleville Springs) are a form of locking washer, help to prevent the loosening of bolted connections under vibration. Other common names for this washer are disc spring washers, coned-disc spring washers and cupped disc washers. For high tensile & high torque applications, we recommend using
